2025 Red Wolf Renaissance Fair Sweepstakes Rules

This sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by the Red Wolf Renaissance Fair, 1401 Franklin Street, Suite C, Jonesboro, AR. 

Send a 4 x 6” postcard including your name and email by mail to 1401 Franklin Street, Suite C, Jonesboro AR. Void where prohibited. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. The Red Wolf Renaissance Fair reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. 

 1. Pre-purchase a wristband from redwolfrenfair.org for a single entry.  Admissions at the gate will not be considered eligible as a sweepstakes entry.

2.  Complete the scavenger hunt at the fair for a single entry. 

3.  Submit a feedback survey for a single entry.

4.  Mail-in entry: send a 4" x 6" postcard with your name and email to: 1401 Franklin Street, Suite C, Jonesboro, AR 72401. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 18, 2025, and received by October 22, 2025. 

 Duplicate wristband purchases or survey entries will not be considered for multiple entries and are void. 

All wristband pre-orders and mail-in entries must be submitted by October 18, 2025.

Scavenger hunt and survey entries must be submitted by November 2, 2025, at noon CST. 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on November 2, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within 7 days or at the fair if present during the drawing. 

 Five (5) Red Wolf Prize Packages, one (1) 2-Buffet Entry with Drink Certificate from Larry’s Pizza of Paragould, one (1) $50 gift certificate from Extra Lives Arcade, one (1) copy of Shayde Beginning by Jasen R. Dobson, and one (1) free entry for up to four individuals during both days of the 2026 Red Wolf Renaissance Fair. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winners must claim their prize within 30 days after the sweepstakes ends. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
